Matty Daly didn’t let Spina Bifida stop him from achieving his dream and riding over the Harbour Bridge for other kids with disabilities at the 2016 Spring Cycle.

Joined by the Bondi Rescue Lifeguards and Member for Hornsby, Mr Matt Kean MP, Matty raised money so ten kids just like him get the chance to ride a bike for the first time in their lives.

Matty was excited to meet his heroes from Bondi Rescue, Harries, Kerrbox and Whippet who started the event with Matty on his special custom bike.

It was a tough ride but thanks to his new friends James McAdam and Matt Kean MP, who helped him push through, he was able to cross the finish line.

Now he wants other kids with disabilities have the same chance to ride in the Spring Cycle next year.
