Following TAD’s merger with Solve on 30 June 2021, the Directors have appointed Solve’s auditor, Saward Dawson, as auditors for Solve-TAD Limited, Solve Disability Solutions Inc., Technical Aid to the Disabled and the Solve-TAD Foundation replacing Pitcher Partners who have resigned as auditors of Technical Aid to the Disabled and the Solve-TAD Foundation.
