Today, 26 November 2020 members from both TAD and Solve Disability Solutions (formerly TADVIC) unanimously approved a merger between the two organisations.

TAD and Solve Disability Solutions have worked side-by-side across NSW and Victoria for over forty-five years. Our dedicated teams connect skilled volunteers and people living with disability to design and build custom assistive technologies to assist people in achieving their goals, enable greater independence and increased quality of life.

Going forward the two will work together to create a new organisation to increase operational capacity and a higher quality of services to communities across NSW and Victoria, aligning to the national NDIS model.

The two organisations will now embark on the administrative activities required to bring the merger into effect on 1st March 2021.

Both organisations will continue to operate under their existing operational models and names, delivering the same services and client experience as before.

The merger between TAD and Solve Disability Solutions creates an abundance of opportunities for the future of our business, staff, volunteers and most importantly, for people living with disability across NSW and Victoria.
