TAD Welcomes New Chief Executive Officer, Danny Kapustin

This week TAD Disability Services welcomed Danny Kapustin as the new Chief Executive Officer.

Danny is an experienced executive in the not-for-profit sector and was previously General Manager with Police Citizens Youth Clubs (PCYC) where he was responsible for overseeing 59 clubs throughout NSW as well as over 1000 staff and volunteers. During this time the organisation had significant growth and improvement achievements.

With a young nephew with Autism spectrum disorder, Danny understands the challenges that face families of children with a disability. He is a director of Allevia and holds a Master of Business Administration from Australian Graduate School of Management (University of NSW). Danny is passionate about organisational improvement as well as the disability sector.

“I am excited to take up the role of CEO and look forward to working with the staff and the TAD volunteers who are integral to the important work that TAD undertakes,” says Danny.

TAD President Monica Vardabasso says, “The skills and experience Danny brings to our organisation will be an asset to TAD. Our volunteers have been changing the lives of people with a disability for almost 40 years and we are thrilled to have Danny on the team.”

Solve-TAD acknowledges the traditional owners of country throughout Australia and recognises their continuing connection to land, waters and community. We pay our respects to them and their cultures and to elders past, present and emerging.
