Update: TAD services and Coronavirus (COVID-19)
TAD takes our responsibility to protect the health and safety of our customers, staff and volunteers seriously.
We are actively monitoring and adapting our organisation’s response to the current outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19) to continue to offer our essential allied health services.
- Face to face trials are currently postponed in Northmead (TAD Head Office), Lake Illawarra and Nowra and Freedom Wheels will be in touch to reschedule when restrictions are lifted.
- We are still taking enquires and you will be placed on a waiting list and contacted when trial face to face recommences.
- Bike deliveries may be delayed.
Please be aware some services may be impacted or delayed to comply with the NSW State Government Health’s Latest COVID-19 Updates.
The TAD office will continue to be attended during this time. It is our intention that service request registration and phone-based services will remain unaffected.
The Coronavirus threat is a rapidly evolving situation and TAD will be checking daily for updates about Coronavirus from the NSW Department of Health and Human Services, to ensure we are complying with their latest recommendations regarding the Coronavirus outbreak.
